As a Well-Being University, Mason has many programs and policies in place that help foster a climate of holistic wellness and growth for students, faculty, and staff. With a partnership that allowed us to measure numerous wellness variables over time, we can scientifically demonstrate the strengths Mason enjoys as a Well-Being University and also areas for improvement in future programs. In our educational session, we aim to discuss and further elaborate the results of a three-year study investigating these variables over time, and ultimately turn our presentation into a discussion on ways to maintain our strengths and improve our weaknesses. We believe this data can be leveraged in a multitude of ways beyond what we have explored thus far. We would love the chance to discuss what we have found and what others may want to explore in order to further delve into the unique qualities of Mason’s students and alumni.
